1 gallon:
American Clay Earth Plaster
Made in New Mexico
All Natural Earth-Plaster

Product Information

Not only are our Earth Plasters naturally gorgeous, they’re also your greenest option for your home. American Clay repels dust, and has a negative ion charge. Negative ions are proven to produce positive biochemical reactions in humans. A negative charge in a space acts on our capacity to absorb and utilize oxygen, causing us to have more energy and feel invigorated. Negative ions also have been proven to increase levels of the mood chemical serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, relieve stress, and boost our feelings of well being.

American Clay plaster also helps filter air of pollen and dander. The same negative charge that counteracts the effects of positive ions causes particulates in the air to clump together and literally fall to the floor where they can be vacuumed up. Breath easier, knowing your American Clay plaster wall is making your environment healthier.

Finish Options
American Clay is available in 4 finishes, Loma, Marittimo, Porcelina, and Enjarre.

Color Options
We have a number of color options that can be added to American Clay

LEED Credits
With our plasters, your walls will stand as long as your home or office does, removing the need for continual repairs typical of other, more artificial products. American Clay is dedicated to recycling and reusing content, maintains low-energy production standards to reduce energy consumption, and sources locally to keep fuel shipment costs low. American Clay can contribute up to ten LEED credits.

Surfaces
American Clay Earth Plasters will cover most wall surfaces. However, we do not recommend application on oriented strand board (OSB), tongue and grooved paneling, and other materials prone to expansion and contraction with changes in temperature and moisture. Our plasters are also not recommended as a finish over ceramic tile.
