ECOPROCOTE INFORMATION SESSION
Monday, October 19 8:00 am – 9:30 am (Information Session)
Architects and designers love working with this innovative, industry leading line of non-toxic coatings- commercial, industrial, residential and decorative. If you are involved in specifying coatings for any green building project, you will want to learn about this cutting-edge product that is a perfect compliment to our expanding offerings of sustainable coatings. Or if you are planning a remodel or update on your home, come learn about the non-toxic offerings from Ecoprocote.

ECOPROCOTE CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP
Monday, October 19 10am – 4pm (Training)
ECOPROCOTE INSTALLER CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP-  If you are interested in becoming a certified installer, please RSVP to jennifer@newliving.net. The cost for the full day of training is $275 and we have space for about 8 more people in the daylong class.  Certification is for 5 different products.

COMMUNITY GIVE-BACK BREAKFAST
Friday, October  16th 8:30 – 10am
We are inviting neighborhood school programs, PTAs, and local non-profits to have breakfast on us at New Living. We are rolling out a program that will give a percentage of sales back to our community partners.

Come meet with a sustainability consultant and New Living co-worker
to learn what you can do to bring sustainability into the workplace.

AMERICAN CLAY DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING
Saturday, October 24, 11:00 – 2:00 pm at New Living
Come learn about American Clay, a natural earth plaster
and learn how to install it.

WEEKLY MEET AND GREET BREAKFAST FOR CONTRACTORS AND PAINTERS
Thursdays 8:00 am – 10:00 am (or when the food runs out)
We offer breakfast tacos for contractors and installers.  Hablamos espanol en New Living! If you are a contractor or work with someone who is a contractor, please encourage them to come join us for breakfast. We will offer product training in a relaxed, casual environment. One of the biggest challenges we have to fulfill our mission is educating more contractors on the importance of using safe building materials.  After all, a contractor’s health is more directly impacted by the materials and chemicals we put in our buildings than anyone. We believe that everyone deserves the right to healthy, safe, clean space! 

FREE COLOR CONSULTATIONS AT THE NEW LIVING PAINT BAR!
Every Saturday from 11:00am until 2:00pm
Stop by New Living and meet with one of our color specialists and designers at the New Living Paint Bar.  We will help you pick the perfect color for your next residential or commercial project. This month, Lauren Ballas, LEED AP, and a designer with Green Lily Events, will be working the Bar. You are welcome to just stop by, but you can also call ahead so you don’t have to wait.

NEW LIVING IS A DROP STATION FOR RAWFULLY ORGANIC PRODUCE!
Every Thursday after 7:00pm
New Living is teaming up with the Rawfully Organic Co-op to bring fresh, organic, and local produce to the neighborhood! The New Living store will be a new location on Thursday evenings for the co-op. People will be able to pick up their pre-ordered boxes of organic produce along with any necessary green products that they may need for their home! We are so excited to be able to offer the best of both worlds not only to make our environmentally friendly community stronger and healthier, but also to make it a better place for everyone.

• COWORKER AND COMMUNITY PARTNER MEET AND GREET- Stop by and meet our most trusted partners who we work with on a daily basis. Bring your drawings or questions and get free advice and direction from our green professionals.
• PRODUCT TRAINING AND SAFETY CLASS- This class will be taught in English and Spanish and will focus on the health implications of building materials and chemicals. Stay tuned for the exact date.
